Mango Man Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts
  • Mango Man
  • Tort
  • Shredd
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded che
  • Sour cream

Instructions:

  2. Heat tortillas in a pan or mic
  3. Fill tortillas with shredded chicken and top with Mango Man Salsa.
  4. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
  5. Serve warm.

Mango Man Salsa Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Mango Man Salsa
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. Marinate shrimp in Mango Man Salsa and olive oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Season with salt and serve with lemon wedges.

Monte Verde Beef Skewers

Ingredients:

  • Beef sirloin, cubed
  • Monte Verde Sauce
  • Bell peppers, cubed
  • Red onion, cubed
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Marinate beef cubes in Monte Verde Sauce for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.

Monte Verde Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • Pork chops
  • Monte Verde Sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Marinate pork chops in Monte Verde Sauce for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
